What we collect

The website does not create customer accounts and does not store any data on our servers. The information entered in the estimate tool (addresses, date, time, number of passengers and pieces of luggage, flight number) is used only to calculate an indicative price in your browser.

When you choose to book, this information is sent to us by the means you choose: phone call, WhatsApp message, email or the website's request form. The form sends your request straight to our email address, without storing anything on the website. We then also receive your name, phone number or email address.

Why we use it

• To answer your request, confirm the price and organise the trip (performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps).
• To issue invoices and meet our accounting obligations (legal obligation).

Your data is never sold or used for advertising.

How long we keep it

Messages about a request that does not lead to a booking are deleted no later than 3 years after the last contact. Invoices are kept for 10 years, as required by law.

Third-party services used by the website

To work, some parts of the website rely on external services, which receive your IP address and, for maps, the addresses you type:

• OVHcloud (OVH SAS, Roubaix, France): website hosting and delivery of the emails sent from the request form.
• IGN Géoplateforme (French National Institute of Geographic and Forest Information): address suggestions, map, route and journey time for the price estimator and the request form; its map is displayed with the Leaflet library, loaded from cdnjs (Cloudflare).
• Pexels: illustrative photographs.
• WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd): only if you choose to contact us this way.

Some of these providers may transfer data outside the European Union, with the safeguards provided by the GDPR. Their own privacy policies apply.

Cookies

The website does not set any advertising or analytics cookies. Only the technical services listed above may use what is strictly necessary for them to work. The website also remembers, in your browser, the language you chose and whether you have already seen the welcome message; this information is not sent to us. The fonts are hosted on our own server: displaying them does not call on any outside service.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or erase your data, restrict its processing or object to it, by writing to contact@mediterranee-prestige-vtc.com. We reply within one month.

If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
